Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation: CoimbatoreExperience: 1 - 4yearsJob Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and Boolean search techniques.Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring cycle.Prepare and manage job postings across hiring platforms.Track and update recruitment metrics regularly.Support onboarding activities when required.Coordinate with interviews if required.Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean search.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.Experience in IT / Non-IT / BPO / Procurement hiring.Good understanding of candidate screening and evaluation methods.Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Relevant recruitment experience preferred.
