The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent coordination abilities.Role OverviewAs an HR Recruiter, you will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databasesScreen and shortlist profiles for IT & Non -IT rolesCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersMaintain recruitment trackers and update candidate pipelines regularlyManage end -to -end hiring activities from sourcing to onboardingCommunicate job details and ensure timely follow -up with candidatesUnderstand client hiring requirements and support them effectivelyRequired Qualifications0–2 years of experience in recruitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of the recruitment lifecycleAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesProactive, organized, and eager to learnEducation: Any degreeHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resumes at: ;\/a>
