Key Skills Required:
**Administrative Support**:This includes a wide range of tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, and processing correspondence.
**Scheduling and Coordination**:Responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating events and activities.
**Record Keeping and Data Management**:Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, and may also be responsible for data entry into various databases.
**Office Operations**:Managing office supplies, maintaining the physical environment, and ensuring that equipment is functioning properly.
**Financial Support**: Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and expense reports.
**Communication**: Act as a central point of communication within the office, customers and suppliers, ensuring that information is disseminated effectively.
**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve issues that arise in the workplace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
