**Job Title - **Customer Analytics **| **(Senior) Site Reliability Engineer (SaaS solutions)** **Location - Pune/Bangalore** **Role Description** The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible for the creation as well as the orchestration of the digital customer communication towards our internal and external customers for the brands Deutsche Bank and Postbank within Deutsche Bank Private Bank Germany (PB GY). The tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible for the Digital Marketing Platform of PB GY on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and playout of data-based, individualized customer communications on the other. The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is clustered in a Product Domain. The squad “Platform Orchestration” is an integral part of this platform responsible for: - Central deployment/release management including dispatching and stakeholder communication - Platform Infrastructure engineering including Site Reliability optimizations - Postmaster activities to ensure high level of reputation The majority of the team is based in India, reporting into the German organization. As soon as possible, we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to be responsible to improve our Software as a Service solutions throughout the life cycle and contribute to leveraging and scaling our Digital Marketing Platform for our clients. **What we’ll offer you** As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy - Best in class leave policy - Gender neutral parental leaves - 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) - Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members - Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents - Accident and Term life Insurance - Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above **Your key responsibilities** - Get involved in the full lifecycle of software products and services focusing on our existing SaaS solutions comprising several Adobe products (e.g., Analytics, Target, Launch, Workfront) as well as Consent Management and Client Feedback solutions - Build and improve monitoring solutions and aim to automate fully to achieve zero-ops and utmost reliability - Continuously explore the market with respect to new technological approaches to achieve the goals of site reliability for our tribe - Handle joint projects with vendors to further develop SRE topics including the assessment of vendor solutions with respect to Deutsche Banks compliance and blueprints for such solutions - Participate in system and architecture design including non-functional requirements - Support and consult other platform squads from design to go-live **Your skills and experience** - 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Site Reliability matters for larger companies (e.g., banking/insurance industry), focusing on SaaS solutions - Proven Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks - Experience programming in one or more of: Java, Python, NodeJS - In depth knowledge of one of the following: Unix, cloud engineering, SQL/PL SQL - Knowledge on infrastructure definition languages: terraform - In depth knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions - In depth knowledge of monitoring tools - AppDynamics, Cloud Monitoring, Splunk, NewRelic - Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving skills, ITIL certification would be an added advantage - Worked in agile environments with methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban or similar - Fluency in English (spoken, written); German-speaking/reading skills highly welcome - Experience in working with distributed teams (especially Germany + India) including flexibility to work in APAC/EMEA shifts **How we’ll support you** - Training and development to help you excel in your career - Coaching and support from experts in your team - A culture of continuous learning to aid progression - A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs **About us and our teams** Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
