**Job Title - **Customer Analytics **| **Deployment Manager for Platform Orchestration Squad** **Location - Pune/Bengaluru (India)** **Role Description** The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible for the creation as well as the orchestration of the digital customer communication towards our internal and external customers for the brands Deutsche Bank and Postbank within Deutsche Bank Private Bank Germany (PB GY). The Tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible for the Digital Marketing Platform of PB GY on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and playout of data-based, individualized customer communications on the other. The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is clustered in a Product Domain. As soon as possible, we are looking for a Deployment Manager for this Squad to support us to expedite our endeavor of fully leveraging and scaling our Digital Marketing Platform for our clients. **What we’ll offer you** As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy - Best in class leave policy - Gender neutral parental leaves - 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) - Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members - Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents - Accident and Term life Insurance - Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above **Your key responsibilities** - Ensuring close interaction between all involved parties ranging from KT-Sessions, participations during releases, communication during releases and execution and closing of Business Verification Tests - Mid-term planning of releases-cycles, coordination of release communication with other tribes and deployment manager - Further developing the deployment process for Customer Analytics based in process improvements and automation - Management of dependency of releases and their products in - and outside of our tribe - Close cooperation with other deployment managers in - and outside of our tribe - Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams and Support Teams - Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a backout plan should anything go wrong during deployment - Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied - Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders - Conduct a release retrospective with all the development team members that participated in the product development to improve the release process and increase productivity and product quality **Your skills and experience** - You have +5 years of experience as a Deployment - or Release Manager - You are familiar with raising lead time, non-compliant and emergency changes, creation of implementation plans, Technical Verification Tests, Business Verification Test, etc. - You are an expert in one or several tools such as JIRA, Unity, Confluence - You have experience in creating and maintaining release calendars - You are familiar about roles & rights management process and raising changes for the same - You are an excellent communicator and coordinator; you show strong independence and initiative to work in / with agile delivery teams including agile release cycles - You have experience in coordinating updating and review of operating instruction and other release related documents - Experience in working with distributed teams (especially Germany + India) **How we’ll support you** - Training and development to help you excel in your career - Coaching and support from experts in your team - A culture of continuous learning to aid progression - A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs **About us and our teams** Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
