We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Civil Trainer (Fresher)** to join our technical training team. This position is ideal for recent graduates in Civil Engineering who have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge with students or trainees. The role involves delivering engaging training sessions in civil engineering software, construction methods, and industry practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **basic-level training sessions** in civil engineering software such as **AutoCAD, STAAD. Pro, TEKLA, ETABS, 3Ds Max** (based on your skill set).
- Assist senior trainers in conducting **practical workshops, lab sessions, and project reviews**.
- Support students in **understanding civil engineering concepts** such as construction methods, structural design, estimation, and surveying.
- Prepare **lesson plans, training materials, and presentations** under the guidance of the training head.
- Continuously learn and upgrade technical knowledge to deliver updated content aligned with current industry trends.
- **Conduct assessments**, track trainee progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and training records for each batch.
- Provide **doubt-clearing sessions**, help students with project execution, and support them in software tools.
- Coordinate with academic counselors and management for student engagement and placement support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Civil Engineering** from a recognized institution.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering **software tools** such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong communication and **presentation skills**.
- Willingness to **learn new tools and teaching methodologies**.
- Ability to **handle a classroom** environment and work with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Positive attitude, patience, and passion for **teaching/training**.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship or academic project experience in **design, site work**, or **software training**.
- Any certification in **AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro**, etc.
- Experience in mentoring juniors or conducting college seminars.
