**Position Title**:Civil Software Trainer

**Location**: Anna Nagar

**Qualification**: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

**Experience**:0 to 4 Years (Freshers can also apply)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions on various civil engineering software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, Primavera, SAP2000, and others.
- Provide both classroom and online training sessions based on the specific needs of the trainees and the software.
- Deliver customized training programs for different levels of proficiency, from beginners to advanced users.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials (manuals, presentations, videos) to help users learn the software efficiently.
- Create practical exercises and projects for trainees to work on during training sessions.
- Ensure that the training content is in line with industry best practices, and software updates, and meets the company’s objectives.

**Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide real-time support and guidance to trainees on software usage and troubleshooting.
- Assist users with software-related problems and offer solutions, helping to enhance their learning experience.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Assess trainee performance through tests, exercises, and project work to gauge their understanding and proficiency with the software.
- Provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement.

**Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering software and tools.
- Integrate new features, techniques, and updates into the training programs as per industry trends.

**Collaborate and Coordinate**:

- Work with project teams and engineering managers to identify software training needs for employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training schedules, provide reports on training progress, and track trainee outcomes.
