**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on civil design software to students, both in the classroom and through virtual platforms.
- Create and update training materials, course content, and presentations that are relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Conduct practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce learning and enhance students’ software skills.
- Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Provide individual assistance to students and address queries to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Stay updated on new developments in civil design software and the civil engineering industry to integrate new techniques and tools into training programs.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning events to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve course offerings and student outcomes.
- Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field.
- Familiarity with civil design software like **AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro,**or similar tools (familiarity with multiple software tools is a plus).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior teaching experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new tools and technologies in the civil design field.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create an interactive and engaging learning environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in civil design software.
- Experience with additional software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, or Primavera P6 is a bonus.
- Experience in online teaching or using virtual learning platforms is a plus.
