**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communication & Soft skill Trainer, Aptitude Trainer and for Student Resource in charge located in Coimbatore. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our learners who are youths between the ages of 20 to 25

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Any Bachelor's degree

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience working with NGOs or non-profits, fluency in local languages, and experience in teaching/ training
