Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible CIVIL ENGINEER (FRESHER) with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to assist in daily site operations, ensure work quality, coordinate with vendors, and support the project engineer/architect on various construction and interior projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Coordination

  • Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain proper labour attendance and work allocation on site.
  • Assist in supervising carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and interior works.

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to project standards.
  • Monitor material usage and report wastage or deviations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free site.

Planning & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing daily progress reports (DPR).
  • Track material requirements and inform the project engineer/architect in advance.
  • Verify material deliveries and maintain basic documentation.

Technical Support

  • Read and understand basic civil/interior drawings.
  • Provide support in marking, measurements, and level setting.
  • Raise queries on discrepancies in drawings or work execution.

Skills Required

  • Strong basic civil engineering knowledge (Diploma level).
  • Ability to read drawings (civil & interior).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction materials and site procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Eligibility

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome).
  • Willing to travel to various project sites.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, documentation).
