We are hiring Full Time - Tender / Bidding Executive with 1+ years of experience in GeM and other online and offline tendering process. Freshers may also be considered depending upon their skills & knowledge. **(Looking for local commuters only)**

**Responsibilities**:

- To Handle all kind of Online and Offline tender documentation.
- To bid the tenders on various portals including GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
- Catalogue uploading on Government e-Marketplace GeM portal.
- Tender searching, Reviewing tender documents, Analysis & Price comparison.
- Invoicing & order processing on Gem portal.
- Coordinating with end customers to understand their requirements and process order fulfilling.
- Identify and detailed Study of Tender documents for Tender terms & conditions.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.

**Required**:

- Excellent command over word, excel and power point.
- Excellent skills in formatting of documents (including text, logo, images etc.)
- Experience in Documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and quality. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the online portals such as GEM (Government e-Marketplace), JK Tenders or any other govt. online tendering / e-procurement portal.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computers / IT / Electronics

**Experience**:

- Total work: 1 years in documentation & tendering process (preferred)

**Job Location**:Jammu | **Working Hours**:Mon-Sat: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
