Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic techno-commercial engineer to join our team in Jammu. The role involves handling both technical project execution and commercial coordination for our integrated system solutions. The target sectors include Government Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Defense Establishments, and PWD/CPWD departments across J&K and LehLadakh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-sales activities, supervise and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of security, networking, and AV systems, and manage after-sales services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and proper documentation.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and project progress reviews to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and cost estimates based on client requirements and system design.
- Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for material procurement, pricing, and technical clarifications.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance during and after installation to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in client meetings, technical presentations, tenders, and project handovers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and project teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of security, networking, AV, and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience in system installation, configuration, and documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, BOQ preparation, and technical reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites as per work requirements
