**Gem Portal Tenders Govt Orders**

Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Responsible for searching for new tenders on various platforms like E procurement and GEM and keeping Track.
- Knowledge of searching, filling and submitting the documents required for tendering process.
- Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
- Responding to the query related to the commercial and technical after bid participation.
- Coordination with respective stakeholders for tender reviews and meeting the deadlines for tender submission.
- Interaction with Manufacturers for compliance, authorization and pricing.
- Attending the reverse auction and uploading its documents.
- Follow the bid management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Customer co-ordination End to End Communication with customer for PO, tenders, registrations
- Maintaining proper records and weekly reports.
- Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
