**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences
- Book flights, hotels, travel insurance, tours, and transport
- Create customized itineraries and travel packages
- Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, and health/safety protocols
- Handle client queries, complaints, and changes professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
- Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers
- Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to ensure the best client experience
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations, booking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and bookings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
- Experience in Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
