**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Tour and Travel

**Location**: Shimla

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Executive in the tour and travel sector, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and related services. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts.
- Present and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Understand clients' travel preferences and requirements through consultations.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, packages, and itineraries.
- Customize travel solutions to meet client needs and budget constraints.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and travel products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's travel packages, promotions, and special offers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle inquiries, reservations, and bookings with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Address and resolve client issues, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking and travel experience.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings.
- Process bookings and manage travel documentation and payment transactions.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events to represent the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
