**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**- Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)**

**- Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.**

**- Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.**

**- Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.**

**- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.**

**- Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.**

**- Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.**

**Skills required**:
**- Customer Relationship Management**

**- Basic Excel skills**

**- Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.**

**Education Qualification**:
**- Any degree is acceptable**

**Eligibility**:
**- Freshers or 1+ years of experience**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
