We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.

As a Telecaller at BDC PRIVE, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will play a key role in driving our clinic's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Provide detailed information about treatments and answer any questions.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our database.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
