**Description**

We are currently seeking a Tele Caller to join our team in the Beauty ,skincare & cosmetics industry. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our range of cosmetic products, and persuading them to make a purchase. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive personality, and a strong knowledge of our product line.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our cosmetic products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Persuade customers to make purchases by highlighting product features and benefits
- Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or diploma
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
