SkinRoots is a leading dermatology clinic committed to providing advanced skin and hair treatments. As part of our mission to serve more clients and build lasting relationships, we are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Calling & Conversion**:

- Call potential clients to explain clinic services, treatment packages, and special offers.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Persuade prospects to schedule consultations and treatments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage appointment bookings in the clinic software accurately.
- Confirm and remind patients about scheduled visits to reduce no-shows.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Answer inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
- Update patient records and call status regularly.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Share daily and weekly performance reports with the Clinic Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (healthcare or wellness preferred).
- Good spoken and written communication skills in [Languages—e.g., English and Hindi].
- Confident, persuasive, and patient-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills to work with CRM or clinic software.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and deadlines.
