**Job Description - Team Leader (Tele Collections)**

**Position**: Team Leader - Tele Collections
**Location**: Karol Bagh, Delhi

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of **15-20 in-house tele-collection executives**.
- Ensure **timely recovery of overdue personal and digital loans** through effective strategies.
- Monitor **call quality, scripts, and compliance adherence** to regulatory guidelines.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly **collection targets**.
- Handle escalations and negotiate with customers to ensure recovery.
- Conduct **regular training and coaching sessions** to enhance team performance.
- Prepare and share **MIS reports** and performance reviews with management.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages accountability and ownership.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- **3+ years of experience** in tele-collections, specifically in **personal loan & digital loan recovery**.
- Proven experience in **team handling (15-20 members)**.
- Strong knowledge of **collection techniques, RBI guidelines, and compliance**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
