Electrical Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver **electrical training sessions** (theory and practical) in line with the training syllabus.
- Teach topics such as **electrical circuits, wiring, installation, motor controls, PLCs, maintenance, and safety procedures**.
- Develop **lesson plans, training materials, manuals, and assessment tools**.
- Assess trainees’ progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of **training tools, equipment, and lab setups**.
- Ensure compliance with **electrical safety standards and best practices** during training.
- Keep training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on **emerging technologies** and upgrade training modules accordingly.
- Provide **individual support and mentoring** to trainees when needed.
- Coordinate with other trainers and industry professionals to improve training outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
