Electrical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver electrical training sessions (theory and practical) in line with the training syllabus.
• Teach topics such as electrical circuits, wiring, installation, motor controls, PLCs, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions to ensure skill development and real-world application.
• Assess trainees' progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain and ensure proper use of training tools, equipment, and lab setups.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices during training.
• Keep training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and upgrade training modules accordingly.
• Provide individual support and mentoring to trainees when needed.
• Coordinate with other trainers and industry professionals to improve training outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
