About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documents.
Meeting Coordination
Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas in advance.
Record accurate meeting minutes, distribute promptly, and track follow-up actions.
Manage meeting arrangements, including room bookings, equipment setup, and refreshments.
Administrative Duties
Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners as needed.
Assist in planning executive events, business trips, and engagements.
Office Management Support
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration related to the executive team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA required).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with modern business tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Prior experience in a tech or corporate environment.
Professional attitude and polished interpersonal skills.
