**Job Title**: Site & Documentation Coordinator
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, verify, and maintain property-related documents such as agreements, deeds, contracts, and legal papers.
- Liaise with legal teams, government offices, and relevant authorities for document processing and registration.
- Visit construction sites to coordinate and facilitate office-related requirements.
- Collect, submit, and track approvals, NOCs, and compliance documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all property and project-related files, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, updates, and documentation for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending paperwork and approvals.
**Requirements**:
- Any degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of property documentation processes and basic legal terms (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
