Job Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Executive at Rightcon Constructions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and strategically positioning our construction services. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our company can fulfill those needs. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualification: Assess the viability and suitability of leads by understanding their project requirements, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness to their inquiries and concerns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
