We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our customer service team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert digital leads into deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert digital leads into successful deals through effective calling and chat interactions.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their healthcare needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and status.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead conversions and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of healthcare services such as nursing, physiotherapy, and lab testing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
