We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist cum Tele caller to join our team., you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with tele calling responsibilities. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of appointments.
- Provide information to callers regarding company services and policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle outgoing calls to follow up on inquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Should hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen attention to detail

**Qualification**:

- Graduation in any stream
