- Ensuring that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- **Sterile Environment and Safety**:

- Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Ensuring that all surgical equipment and instruments are properly cleaned and sterilized.
- Managing hazardous waste and following biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- **Resource Management**:

- Managing inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for each surgical procedure.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of the OT team.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implementing and reviewing policies and procedures for theatre operations.
- Monitoring and assuring quality in all aspects of OT operations.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- **Patient Care**:

- Preparing patients for operative procedures.
- Providing intra-operative equipment and technical support.
- Assisting with emergency situations within the OT.
- **Staff Development**:

- Providing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Resolving staff conflicts and issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment usage.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
