**This role is with one of our portfolio companies.**

This person would lead the Inside Sales to function independently and would be responsible for the expansion of the sales team.

**Location: Gurgaon**

**Reporting to: Founders**

**Responsibilities-**
- Training of the Inside sales associates.
- Building robust QA processes from scratch.
- Maintaining the daily productivity of all the sales staff.
- Own the complete customer journey from the 1st call to payment.
- Daily Sales Task Delegation and Sales Pipeline Management
- Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
- Promoting and maintaining an aggressive sales environment

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in inside sales/telesales.
- Should have set up & led the inside sales vertical in the startups, healthcare background would be a plus.
- Someone who has seen scale for at least 2 or 3 years.
- Strong team handling experience, should have handled at least 10 members of the team.
- Punctual, Resilient, and output driven.
- Go-Getter, Sales Driven, and Target Oriented.
