**Job Title: Tele Caller - Immigration Services**

**Location**: Phase 5 ,Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to discuss immigration services and options.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding visa processes, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling consultations and follow-up calls with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and trends to provide informed advice.
- Meet monthly call and conversion targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
