- Follow up on leads and inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant information obtained during calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion.
- Assist in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.
**Salary**: ₹11,440.89 - ₹25,772.16 per month
