We have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a talented Tele caller to join our team and contribute to our sales and customer service efforts. We are looking for a dedicated Tele calling Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Tele-calling Executive or a similar role in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills are also welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology and industry practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer information.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

- **JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our logistics services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant information obtained during calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion.
- Assist in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.

**Salary**: ₹11,440.89 - ₹25,772.16 per month
