Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to promote the academy's programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, airlines, travel agencies, and industry associations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, partners, and students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new students.
- Attend industry events, fairs, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives based on market feedback and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong understanding of the aviation and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
