**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our official website.
- Monitor and optimize product visibility, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring timely updates and stock availability.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend improvements.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product rankings on e-commerce platforms.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS-based websites.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and SEO principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools and dashboards for performance tracking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Previous experience in the wellness or consumer goods industry.
