Job Title: eCommerce Marketplace Executive

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management across multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Content Optimization: Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Order Fulfillment: Monitor and manage order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns on various marketplaces.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels, ensuring availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
