- **Position Overview**:_
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. This role requires a thorough understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

1. Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Ensure product content, images, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking.
5. Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points to enhance product listings.
6. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
7. Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, deals, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
8. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
10. Resolve any issues related to product listings, orders, and returns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
11. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic.
12. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
13. Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and best practices.
14. Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and regulations.
15. Proficiency in data analysis tools and e-commerce platforms.
- **Preferred Skills & Requirements**:_
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1 Year in managing e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon and Flipkart.
Experience with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
Familiarity with other online marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, etc.
Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
