We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Intern to join our team. As an E-commerce Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce operations, including marketing, sales, customer service, and analytics. You will work closely with our e-commerce team to support day-to-day activities and contribute to the growth of our online business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management of the e-commerce website, including product uploads, content creation, and site maintenance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support for customer inquiries, order processing, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to execute integrated e-commerce initiatives.
- Assist in the optimization of website usability, navigation, and conversion rate to enhance the overall user experience.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving e-commerce processes, systems, and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce platforms/tools is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in e-commerce or related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
