Amritsar Hospital, a leading healthcare facility in Amritsar, Punjab, is seeking a skilled and compassionate MD General Medicine to join our team. As an MD General Medicine, you will provide specialized medical care to patients, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:
Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, evaluate patient symptoms, and provide accurate diagnoses. Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, prescribing medications and therapies as necessary.

Consultations: Consult with other specialists and healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Medical Procedures: Perform and supervise medical procedures related to general medicine, such as diagnostic tests, minor surgical procedures, and other interventions as required.

Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of general medicine through participation in professional development activities, conferences, and research.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote self-care and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution. MD in General Medicine is mandatory.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum [0 to 5] years of experience as an MD General Medicine, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine, continuous learning, and professional development.
