**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough patient consultations and physical examinations
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and MRIs
- Providing patients with education and counseling on their health conditions and treatment options
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participating in departmental meetings, case conferences, and continuing medical education activities

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MD/ DNB) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Punjab, India
- Completion of residency training in General Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in General Medicine preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
