**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough medical examinations, review medical histories, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and infectious diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient preferences and current medical research.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and guidelines in the field of Internal Medicine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) and post-graduate specialization in Internal Medicine (MD) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration to practice in the state of Punjab.
- Proven experience as a Physician with specialization in Internal Medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative medical team.
