**Job Description**:
The Laboratory Pathologist is responsible for overseeing and performing diagnostic evaluations on clinical specimens to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The role includes interpreting laboratory results, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with medical and ethical regulations. Diagnostic Evaluation

Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, and hematology specimens.

Review clinical laboratory findings and correlate them with clinical data.

Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to clinicians.

Quality Control & Assurance

Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Maintain and implement quality control procedures as per NABL and other accreditation standards.

Participate in internal and external quality assessment programs.

Supervision & Training

Supervise laboratory technologists, technicians, and support staff.

Provide training and technical guidance to laboratory personnel.

Review and validate test results before release.

Research & Development

Participate in the evaluation and introduction of new diagnostic techniques.

Stay updated with current advancements in pathology and laboratory medicine.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory activities.

Ensure compliance with all medical, legal, and safety regulations.

Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
