About Care For Autism

Care For Autism is a leading child development and therapy centre offering multidisciplinary intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and speech-language disorders. Our team includes Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists working collaboratively to support children and families.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for working with children, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, articulation, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide therapy for articulation disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, oral–motor issues, and ASD-related communication challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and behaviour therapists.
• Maintain proper documentation, session notes, and progress reports.
• Provide parent training for home-based generalization of skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's in Speech & Hearing / Speech-Language Pathology.
• RCI registration (mandatory).
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Freshers with a strong passion to learn may also apply.
