**Job Title: Airtel Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and sell Airtel products and services to potential customers.

2. Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities.

3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Provide accurate information about Airtel products, services, and promotions to customers.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

6. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

8. Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management.

9. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

10. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Familiarity with Airtel products and services is a plus.

7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

9. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
