Position calls for those having excellent General Trade experience in Food, Commodity and Oil industry where in have excelled in a most competitive environment by achieving higher targets and also managing field force and distributors upto secondary markets and retail expansions.

The following work responsibilities are key essentials:
1. A bridge between the field force and the Head Sales level in mentoring, Training, motivating and guiding to achieve the desired sales targets.

2. Channel distribution expansions and Larger Retail coverage would be a key

3. Data Capture of sales and align with the Annual Operating Plan

4. Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants

5 Allocate Sales team for specific areas depending upon the individual capabilities and monitor their daily activities' and call coverages.

6. Constantly work with field force in the market to understand and implement desired changes to augur new business.

7. Closely interact with Marketing team for trade marketing activities and deployment of schemes periodically

8. Explore new channels like Corporate orders, Direct Canteen supplies etc

9. Constantly evaluate the team performance and initiate training process for better adaptability and achievements.

Pay: ₹8,125.58 - ₹31,350.36 per month
