Sales Executive (Real Estate) - Male Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities - Achievement of sales targets designated every month - Identifying and developing channel partners - Generating sales through customer referrals - Conducting lead generation activities along with the marketing support - Follow-up with customers and financial institutions for collection - Co-coordinating with Customer Relation Team for customer documentations. - Updating of leads on a daily basis - Follow-up with potential customers through phone, mail and direct visit - Interacting with customers through various channels - direct at site, phone calls, E- mails, social media, exhibitions etc. - Conduct activities with the marketing team at various locations to promote the brand and projects - Providing new ideas and activities for promoting and increasing sales.* Job requirement and Education: - Must have completed bachelor degree. - Fluency in spoken English and Tamil - Good communication Skills. - Knowledge of MS Office required. - The ability and desire to sell. - A positive, confident and determined approach. - A high degree of self-motivation and ambition. - Has used a CRM/ERP before - The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
