We are Looking for the job role Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities:.**
- Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert visits into paying customers through exceptional customer engagement, needs assessment, consultation, upselling, cross-selling, solution presentation, handling objections, closing sales, and providing follow-up and after-sales service. This document outlines your roles and responsibilities, daily activities, weekly and monthly tasks, key performance indicators (KPIs), growth opportunities, company culture.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Review sales performance and set targets for the upcoming week.
- Organize promotional events or discounts to attract customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
