Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our Software SAAS Products to target markets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and pitching our SAAS products.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SAAS products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate them to clients to drive sales.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Though knowledge of SAAS is important, it is just an added advantage. Marketing executives willing to learn are always welcome

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in software sales, particularly in selling SAAS products.
- Strong understanding of SAAS products, technology trends, and the software industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
- Travel may be required occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.

PAckage: 2.5L-3.5L

Sales Based Incentives.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
