We are pleased to announce that **GEM IVF Fertility Centre** is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic referral marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and referral partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral and presentations.
- Analyze referral trends and implement data-driven strategies to maximize referral potential.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company overall goals and objectives.
- This information is used to develop effective marketing campaigns and straggles.
- Should be willing to travel extensively on the job.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in referral marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
