**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis for potential solar installations.
- Present and explain solar solutions to residential and/or commercial customers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Guide clients through the solar system selection and financing options.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, pricing, and regulations.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales; experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a field sales environment.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
