Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at our shoe tech company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Your role will contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand's reputation for excellence in customer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve technical issues they may encounter with our shoe tech products.
- Accurately record and maintain detailed customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Logistics to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Identify recurring customer issues and trends, escalating them to the appropriate teams to drive process improvements and product enhancements.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions, striving to turn dissatisfied customers into loyal brand advocates.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings, response time, resolution time, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset to handle customer complaints and diffuse tense situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly proficiency in ENGLISH, HINDI, MARATHI

**Salary**: ₹10,246.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
