**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior designers in conceptualizing and developing new collections.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and inspirations.
- Create sketches and digital renderings of design concepts.
- Assist in the creation of technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed according to specifications and timelines.
- Source materials and trims for sampling and production.
- Assist in fittings and communicate feedback to the design team.
- Maintain organized records of design iterations and revisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Previous experience in a design-related role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong sketching and illustration skills.
- Knowledge of garment construction and technical design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for fashion and a creative mindset.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
